Her specializations include tenancy law, real estate law, neighborly law, construction law, Owners' Association law, and the purchase and sale of real estate. \n\nPrior to her career as a lawyer, Annemarie worked as a real estate expert (leasehold and land prices) at Ground and Development of the Municipality of Amsterdam between 1994 and 1998. In addition, she has completed both the real estate agent training and the professional mediator training. She is also a registered intervisor and discussion leader at the Dutch Bar Association.  \n\nIn her free time, Annemarie enjoys traveling and sailing.
