In 2006, she founded Amstel Advocaten, then located at Amstelveld - the inspiration for the firm's name. With her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pragmatic approach, and strong negotiation skills, she always knows how to determine the right strategy.  \n\nAnnemarie enjoys assisting her clients, including (commercial) tenants and landlords, real estate professionals, Owners' Associations, and individuals. Her specializations include tenancy law, real estate law, neighborly law, construction law, Owners' Association law, and the purchase and sale of real estate. \n\nPrior to her career as a lawyer, Annemarie worked as a real estate expert (leasehold and land prices) at Ground and Development of the Municipality of Amsterdam between 1994 and 1998. In addition, she has completed both the real estate agent training and the professional mediator training.
