The law governing Owners' Associations is becoming a more and more important theme in our major cities, for example because the limited amount of land available in a city like Amsterdam means that we have to start building upwards. Numerous buildings are also still being divided up and in cities like Rotterdam, port and office buildings are being converted into apartment complexes. The result is an increasing number of owners' associations. Alongside this development, the internationalisation of cities means there is a greater need for clear advice and expert lawyers.
